PENGARUH KAPABILITAS, DUKUNGAN MANAJEMEN PUNCAK DAN PROGRAM PELATIHAN DAN PENDIDIKAN PEMAKAI TERHADAP SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PADA PBF KIMIA FARMA CABANG MATARAM NUSA TENGGARA BARATTAHUN 2023

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capability, top management support and top user training and education programs on the accounting information system at PBF Kimia Farma Trading and Distributor Mataram Branch, West Nusa Tenggara in 2023. This study uses primary data with a population of 163 people. The sampling technique with Probability sampling, the sample in this study was the head of the ICT branch and 30 employees at Kimia Farma at PBF Kimia Farma Mataram Branch, West Nusa Tenggara. The analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Capability has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of the accounting information system at PBF Kimia Farma, Mataram City. Top management support has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of the accounting information system at PBF Kimia Farma, Mataram City. User training and education programs have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of the accounting information system at PBF Kimia Farma, Mataram City.
